FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What if I am having a party or other function at my home and expecting guests?

A: As long as there are a minimum of three vehicles in your driveway, all additional vehicles are allowed to park in the street.  Street parking spaces should be filled in front of your house before parking in front of neighbors homes.  Never block mailboxes.

Q: My children want to use the driveway to play games. What do I do?

A: We understand that Madison Green is an active and family oriented community.  As long as your driveway is actively being used, you can park your vehicles directly in front of your home and then adjacent spots not blocking mailbox access.   Your cars must be reparked according to the guidelines when the driveway is no longer being used.

Q: We are expecting a large delivery and need to keep the driveway clear.

A: As long as there is activity clearly taking place needing the driveway to be cleared, vehicles may be parked in the street according to the guidelines.

Q: We are having overnight guests. Can our guests park in the street?

A: Your guests can park in the street as long as there are a minimum of three cars parked in the driveway and apron area as per the guidelines.

Q: We are having work done to our house and have been asked to keep our vehicles out of the driveway, however workers are coming during the day, we will have one or more vehicles at home and do not know when the work will be performed.

Q: Who do I call if my vehicle has been towed?

A: Sister’s Towing:  (561) 687-0820.

If your vehicle has been towed, please keep in mind that it may take up to two hours before the towing company updates their records to log vehicles into thier recovery system.

We follow the guidelines, parking one vehicle in the street, however my spouse goes to work before I am awake. Do we have to move the car from the street into the driveway? This is inconvenient.

The short answer is YES.  While this may be an inconvenience for your family members, please keep in mind that the entire community is affected.  Our goal is to keep a minimum amount of cars parked in the street to ensure safety, asthetics and to maintain home values while also trying to be fair to those few families who can not accomodate all vehicle in their driveway.

Keep in mind that some Madison Green Villages prohibit ANY street parking during certain hours.

My vehicle was only in violation for 5 minutes, why did I get a violation sticker?

Inspections in the community are random.  Our property manager does not know if a vehicle has been in violation of the guidelines for a minute or the whole day when they do inspections.
